First maybe love-making is not the most effective fat-burning exercise, but there are many benefits of Making Love, let's look and you can make your own decision. Do you want to continue with your old diet and exercise, or have you time for some healthy sex?

First of all what can do for you old fashion sex? Like a good running routine, love-making improves your cardio vascular system. This is not just about the rise in your heart beat, sexual act itself utilizing a lot of muscles within your body that help improve your cardio system by increasing your heart rate(optimal zone). Researchers have found that those men who making love more than twice a week were less likely to have a heart attack than those who making love less than twice a month - of course that maybe it's not the only problem of those guys.

When you have sex you burn a lot of calories and improve your metabolism by using your muscles and increasing your heart rate. And as you know burning calories is the most effective way to losing weight. If every day during month you will have sex, you can lose 1-2 pounds by making love. What a nice exercise. Think about it, how many workouts you know that as enjoyable as love-making?

Most people even don't know half health benefits what Making Love can provide. Did you know that sex three times a week improves your immune system and gives you protection from many diseases? And from how many different infections you can be protected by immunoglobulin A. Which is linked with sex? Making love create high level of intimacy and promote bonding between persons which create sense of trust. Trust between lovers is a very important as you probably know.

And maybe this exercise have not been created only to losing weight (probably there are some exercises do it better) but sex definitely the most enjoyable workout. Also this exercise for a couple so you not just only burn your calories, you help your beloved person to lose weight as well. In a case if you ever will think about getting excuses to have more sex, ask yourself do you really wanna be happy and healthy(for you and for people you love) or you wanna be sick and angry, but with sure thing in your mind that nobody think that you are pervert?
