Focus on getting stronger in the squat and deadlift. These two exercises will, if performed properly, help you gain more muscle than you ever thought possible. Keep your workouts short and intense. If you are spending more than an hour lifting weights, you are doing it wrong. Less is more when it comes to training volume.
